March Madness has begun!
And for many people this tournament is one of the most exciting sporting events of the year!
64 college basketball teams have the chance to square off in venues all over the country with the dream of a national championship hanging in the balance.
While I am not typically someone who watches basketball much throughout the year, the excitement of watching the college athletes leave it all on the line is infectious!
There's just something so special about watching a team come together and work towards making their dreams come true.
Especially when there's an underdog story...everyone loves to see an underdog prevail when no one gave them a chance!
As I'm typing this right now on Thursday night, the Oakland Golden Grizzlies (major underdog) just took down the Kentucky Wildcats (typical powerhouse) and earned their school's FIRST EVER national tournament win!!!
When you have a goal, no matter what it may be, finding a group of people to pursue it with is always better than trying to do it alone.
Health and fitness goals are no different.
Celebrating the successes are just so much sweeter when you have people to share them with!
And even more importantly, having people in your corner to pick you up when you're down is crucial.
Sticking to your health and fitness goals can be so difficult without having the right people around you to keep you accountable.
And if you've been struggling with a nagging pain or injury, figuring out how to modify your training and stay motivate can make things even tougher.
That's where I come in!
As a movement and pain expert, I have the experience of working with thousands of people just like you looking to overcome obstacles to be the best they can be!
And on top of that, I have been a lifelong athlete who continues to work towards my own fitness goals so I understand the disciple and difficulties involved!
I am so passionate about helping others chase after their goals and I often believe in my clients even more than they believe in themselves!
