The name "AWAKEN Performance Rehab" and the lion logo were both developed as symbols of Dr. Greg's Christian faith journey. Just as people can AWAKEN their physical potential, the Lord can AWAKEN people spiritually as well. Dr. Greg has also always been fascinated with lions as they typically represent fearlessness, intensity, and boldness.

While born and raised right here in Western New York, Dr. Greg and his wife Mackenzie made a leap of faith in 2020 and relocated to Greenville, SC where he became a clinic director at a sports and orthopedic PT clinic and she further pursued her professional distance running career with the ASICS Greenville Track Club - Elite Olympic Development program.

They returned to WNY in 2023 with the goal of opening a one-of-a-kind, cutting edge physical therapy and performance clinic that always puts the patients' best interest first and combines the highest-level medical care with an individualized, upbeat, and welcoming environment.
